The project of the new educational environment for training of specialists for the SPA resorts is developed and approved: "the expert's model", early vocational guidance of school students to professions necessary to the resort, training of youth in higher education institution with continuous immersion on professional Wednesday; introduction of the innovations providing training of specialists of "double rest" (in the summer – water activities of rest, tourism, excursions; in the winter – mountain skiing). Problems the interfering realization of innovations are revealed.
