The article reveals the essence of the concept - „competence” as the main component of the teacher’s professional activity. The features of the innovative competence approach of specialists in the field of education are characterized. The features of the formation of self-learning and self-realization in the training system, the impact on the pedagogical process are revealed. Reviewed by a logical model which should be implemented by experts in their professional activities. |
