The theses of the scientific report consider the war as a determinant of crime in Ukraine. The negative impact of the war on Ukrainian society is analyzed. Criminal manifestations of a property, official and other nature, determined by the war and its consequences, are cited. Special attention is paid to traffic safety offenses committed during military operations. Specified normative legal acts adopted as a result of the spread of certain criminal offenses during the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine. |
