The European Union has its own sistem of revenue to whom reached with difficulty, since decisions on the categories of revenue for the EU and their size primarily political, having a direct impact on that part of the national resources that Member States accept either to transfer from the national jurisdiction in the EU or to give EU. Such political decisions affecting the relationships between citizens and firms contributed on the one hand, and the Member States and the EU, on the other hand, are adopted by the EU Council on the basis of unanimity. For Romania it is appropriate that certain measures to increase the absorption of European funds by taking actions. |
