The subject of study in this paper is the role of Comrat state University in various spheres of social life. Trends in the development of the University are considered in the context of socio-cultural transformations, the most important of which is the formation of the information society. The role and mission of universities in society is changing. Comrat state University is an important scientific and educational center. The University is also "region formative" center, it creates and reproduces the hierarchy, prepares the political, economic and cultural elite of the region. The University is a catalyst of the urbanization processes and changes in culture. The activity of the University promotes of the development of the Autonomy. |
