Corruption is a serious social phenomenon, with a large scale, with varied and complex forms, manifested up to the highest levels of society. The mechanism of legal treatment of corruption in the public sector, established in the national laws of several countries, was formed on the basis of international experience, accumulated in this field both globally and in Europe, and was reflected in the adoption of normative acts with major significance.
