Rezumat

The activity of organisations and business relationships is currently in a state of deep crisis and there is an urgent need to transform the way that work processes are carried out. To reshape intra-organisational, inter-organisational and inter-state interaction, the most effective way is to apply the solutions offered by technical-scientific progress, such as artificial intelligence (AI), which is already being used in many spheres and for companies this involves the digitisation of activities which is one of today's most transformative forces as it changes the way we operate and live in ways that no one could have foreseen a few decades ago. The benefits of digitisation lie in the ability to make more accurate calculations, control processes with precision, increase speed and efficiency and reduce costs, and today's manufacturing processes are becoming more digitised than ever. The aim of the research involves conceptual analysis of digitisation and Artificial Intelligence, their interaction and forms of application. Research methods: analysis of various opinions on the concepts of digitisation and Artificial Intelligence, comparison, synthesis of information. The results include a synthesis of opinions on the concepts described, advantages and disadvantages, benefits and dangers of applying Artificial Intelligence.
