To train highly qualified athletes and athletes of the Olympic reserve, Ukraine is in dire need of coaches of the highest category. The problem of training such specialists is important for the representation of Ukraine in the world sports arena. The aspects of the coach's readiness and their content at the stages of long-term training of athletes have been determined. The system of professional development of trainers in Ukraine is presented. The main directions of work of training courses and certification of trainers have been determined. |
