Rezumat

This article reflects the professional and moral values of the Music Education teacher: abilities, skills, aptitudes, and organizational abilities, etc. that have a special place in the formation of pedagogical mastery. The performing activity reinforces the teacher’s authority as a musician, pointing out the best things, transforming him into a genuine teacher of the 21st century. Thus, in the training of the Music Education teacher, the mutual relationship between the vocal, instrumental, vocal-instrumental performance and musical-theoretical knowledge is of great importance.
