Rezumat

The main reason most people fail to achieve what they want to achieve is that they lack a clear definition of success and its sources. This is because, despite the desire to succeed, they do not specify clearly enough what they want. Thus, they do not get to know what abilities they have and resign themselves to remain what they are and do what they have done before. In order to form the child's personality and find the best methods of education, meetings, debates, meetings were organized with specialists, psychologists, pedagogues, social workers, teachers, parents. Following the debates, ten rules have been established that parents and educators must keep in mind in order to educate their children. Authority has its source in the competence and prestige of the teacher and excludes the attitude of offending the student. It is not based on bans, but on support and incentives to mobilize energy. It means neither tyranny nor intimidation, but a firm attitude and respect for students. Likewise, authority does not lead to distancing, but on the contrary, to approaching the student, to understanding the needs and problems that trouble him. Authority is combined with exigency. A demanding teacher with students is demanding, first of all, with himself. Demand, like authority, strengthens the climate of mutual understanding, for the benefit of the whole instructive-educational activity.
