Rezumat | ||||||
In the digital age, active student-centered learning requires the use of inter-disciplinary strategies that develop critical thinking, creativity, ingenuity. The concept of STE(A)M is oriented towards the formation and development of skills of the learner through didactic activities with a pronounced applicative emphasis. Based on the STE(A)M methodo-logy, in the interference of the component elements (Sciences, Technologies, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) efficient solutions can be identified for various situations in the field of Natural Sciences. Students, through STE(A)M projects, can build their own vision in the field, capitalizing on their personal skills through motivational learning activities. The implemen-tation of STE(A)M in the biology education process is an effective solution, which facilitates the development and substantial improvement of the innovative and creative skills of stu-dents whoinvoluntarily become small researchers of the world around, easily perceive and understand the contents proposed for learning, their usefulness is demonstrated. |
