Rezumat

Staff motivation is related to the number of main issues of all chiefs and HR managers who value their reputation and employees' trust. It is enough to remember the key phrase of many leadersemployees decide everything. In fact, company's success is largely dependent on skills and a full commitment of the employees in their work. A necessary condition for a successful and stable development is an effective and well-built staff motivation.For an effective motivation It is necessary to provide each employee with the sense of its important role in the company, to make an employee be interested in responsible work enthusiastically for the benefit of his organization.
