The study presented in the paper was conceived based on the estimation of a potential cultural landscape in the area of the Țîpova Landscaping Reserve , situated on the right side of the Nistru river, between the villages of Horodiște and Țîpova (Rezina district). The argumentation of a potential cultural landscape in the study area was achieved through the axiological-informational approach. The advantage of this approach is the balanced study of natural and historical-cultural elements through their axiological interpretation. The Țîpova Landscaping Reserve includes various elements of the natural landscape (physical and biological components, geological formations, natural sites) and elements of the historical-cultural landscape (historical and cultural monuments, the Cave Monastery (11th-12th centuries), worship objects). The unity and harmonious integrity of the natural landscape with the historical and cultural landscape of the Țîpova Landscaping Reserve - a potential cultural landscape - requires its cultural, scientific and economic preservation, protection and valorization in the interest of society and sustainable development.
