We set the absolute values of the maximum hand strength of 10-year-old boys who attend regular physical education lessons and their annual dynamics. The comparative analysis of the data with those from the specialized bibliography shows that the physical education lessons with training character, in which dynamic and explosive force exercises are practiced, are more effective for the development of hand strength, compared to the usual lessons. |
