The playing activity of highly qualified basketball players largely depends on the level of development of speed-strength training, which is the basis of special physical training and has a significant impact on the effectiveness of technical and tactical actions. In the article provided for publication, the features of the speed-strength training of highly qualified basketball players were determined for the successful implementation of “slam dunk” element, and a set of exercises was developed aimed at improving technical actions and special physical training in the implementation of the “slam dunk” element. |
