The importance of any literary work is left to be valued by the time. Historians and literary critics affirm that war has become the current theme of the XX th century literature, relativity – a perspective on things, the philosophy of absurd – the cause of the modern man’s drama. One of the major themes in the literature of the century, that has passed, is the one that reflects the pitiless flow of the time, calling the readers attention to value every moment, because every moment in able either to destroy a human being as a personality or to inspire one. This theme is present in the literary works of such writers as M. Proust, J, Joyce, Z. Stancu, V. Vasilache etc.
