| Rezumat | ||||||
The reorganization of the Soviet military system started at the end of the 80s blocked the initiative of creating a military institution in the Republic of Moldova. In the 90s, the situation created in the Soviet army encouraged the inauguration of this institution absolutely imminent for our country both from the military and political standpoints. The Military Department of State was created in the year of 1990 as a predecessor of the current Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Moldova. |
