Is presented a short description of new seedless grapevine varieties (Apiren alb, Apiren roz, Apiren negru de Grozesti), recently homologated in the Republic of Moldova, of other promising elite (Apiren basarabean, Apiren roz timpuriu, I-15-15) destined for various utilizations. All of them have a high productivity and quality, advanced stability to winter conditions and main cryptogamic diseases. It was effectuated a chemical-technological analysis of varieties Apiren alb, Apiren negru de Grozesti, Apiren roz timpiuriu, I-15-15. The following direction of utilization of the grapes in food industry was studied: possibilities of compote, marinade, jam making, various methods of drying. Obtained products was high appreciated at the organoleptic testing, mainly jam. |
