Designing an unified pedagogical curriculum for the initial and continuing teachers training based on necessary skills for the optimal practice of the professional roles implies the generalization of certain examined experiences of the teaching career for the development of the emotional culture, field research of the Emotional Culture Pedagogy (ECP) by which we comprehend the science education that examines the fundamental and operational pedagogical concepts needed to study the affective phenomena though the inter- multi- and transdisciplinary approaches of the professional teachers training. |
