This article is about the relationship between EU and Central Asia. The EU recognizes the strategic importance of Central Asia, and because it faces past problems, the aftermaths of the war in Afghanistan and the break-up of the USSR, the EU wants to work together to help solve these problems and improve the security system of these Central Asian countries. Of course, it cannot be directly involved in the foreign policy of these states, but it can come with external opinions and visions that will establish a relationship of mutual cooperation or even friendship between the countries that unite the European and Asian continents.
