Rezumat

This article is based on need and timeliness of training specialists with university education for children of preschool age, the age where they set the basic personality, on which then focuses the undergraduate, university and postgraduate educational system. Here are described, in accordance with the requirements of the Bologna Process, key features of the area of training cycle I (license), II (MA) and cycle III (PhD). Are also characterized in detail the qualifications for these courses, the typical occupations for graduates of those, the purpose of study and the skills. In this article are given brief samples of teaching, learning, assessment of students, masters, are shown ways to improve the quality of their training for preschool education.
