The activity of the specialist regarding the application of special knowledge is closely related to the actions of criminal prosecution. Most often, the doctor is asked to examine the corpse or the person alive, but also participates in other processual actions of the criminal prosecution such as: exhumation, crime scene investigation, physical and mental examination of the suspect, defendant, accused, as well as during interrogation, perquisition or forensic sampling (blood, hairs, etc.), comparative study of biological samples, etc. |
