| Rezumat | ||||||
This thesis is dedicated to the comparative analysis and research of one of the important institutions of the civil right – right of property, especially under the aspect of the modes of the right of ownership acquiring. Based on the surveys and research made, it was asserted that the freedom and private property are the indispensable values of the human existence. Since being a supreme value of the democratic society, the private property must be respected regardless of the legal form of administration. The right of property is the fullest real right, since it is a unique subjunctive law, which confers three attributions to the proprietor.All national regulations on the modes of the right of ownership acquiring are analyzed and researched as compared to the international regulations; also, the term of “the modes of the right of property acquiring” is defined in the thesis. |
