This article aims to analyze the procedural subject matter jurisdiction of courts of law in commercial matters. For this purpose, the paper develops on the rules governing the commercial matters and the general regulations under the Civil Procedure Code which were recently amended following the decisions of the High Court of Cassation and Justice and of the Constitutional Court on the regulations in this field |
