Background. Detection and initiation of antituberculos treatment as soon as possible, is the foundation of successful treatment of tuberculosis cases. To prevent the tuberculosis spreading and nosocomial infection, recently antituberculosis treatment in outpatient conditions is used more and more often. Objective of the study. The study of the tuberculosis evolution the peculiarities in patients who received antituberculosis treatment in outpatient conditions Material and Methods. A retrospective descriptive study was performed on 45 patients who underwent outpatient treatment during the years 2018-2020 in the Clinical Municipal Hospital of Chisinau. Results. In the study were includet 34 men (75.5%) and 11 (24.4%) women, with a male-female ratio of 3.0 / 1. The majority of patients had 32 new cases (71.1%), 13 retreatment (28.8%) cases. Infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis was the most common form in 36 (80%) cases. MDR TB established by conventional culture methods was in 3 (6.6%) cases, in 8 (17.7%) patients resistance associated with ethionamide was identified and in 3 (6.6%) patients extended resistance was determined. The final outcome of treatment was recorded in 36 (80%) patients. Therapeutic success was 25 (55.5%) patients. Death occurred in 2 (4.4%) cases, one of which was caused by other pathologies. Conclusion. Most patients received outpatient treatment for sensitive tuberculosis. Therapeutic success was recorded in every 2nd patient, the lost to follow-up patients rate from surveillance was high. |
