The paper contains a huge amount of information on the aesthetics of the execution technique and elegance on how to operate equivalently the aesthetic values of Artistic Gymnastics, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Aerobic Gymnastics, Aesthetic Gymnastics, Acrobatic Gymnastics, Trampoline Gymnastics, other genres art character such as dance, figure skating, synchronous artistic swimming, ballet, etc. In the formative-instructive process they are oriented towards technical-artistic mastery, creativity and aesthetics of the technique. The priority given to the aesthetic values of the gymnastics art, which can be acquired and practiced respectively received, evaluated and cultivated creatively - at the level of the informative-formative and competitive training process, in the environment of performance sports, highlights the importance of this research field specialized in building culture and artistic experience, understanding the art of gymnastics, exemplary for the theory and practice of physical culture and Olympic sports in terms of aesthetics of technique and artistic creation.
