F or resolving the problems in medicine and improving the quality of population medical
care it is necessary permanently carry out scientific investigations resulting with
creation of scientific product that represents intellectual property objects. The patents for
inventions, registered utility models shall be one of sources of Universities of Medicine,
scientific- research institutions and clinics. Availability of intellectual property rights shall
substantially consolidate market and financial situation of the economic agents, will rise
the image becoming a guarantor of crediting safety and increasing the reliability of real
cost valuation. |
