The staff of any organization is arguably the most valuable and critical organizational resource without which certainly would not be able to achieve predetermined objectives of the organization. The relations established between the executive and administrative staff depend on in-depth management and economic efficiency of the company, so managers will promote serious and nature of partnership with his subordinates. |
