Rezumat

Today, teachers have become increasingly concerned about the level of student involvement in online classes, due to the changes that have been made around the globe due to the pandemic. This obliges teachers to look for more and more interactive methods and effective teaching techniques so that pupils' experience during lessons can be one that impacts their future, but also with a great deal of knowledge and productivity uptake. Distance learning is and will be a range of inventions and discoveries, creativity and effective communication, and will help strengthen self-employment skills, promote a culture of trust and well-being. At the same time, teachers, as well as pupils, parents and school managers need to be self-taught, to learn from their own experience and from others. In the future, the focus must be on personalized/individualized learning elements, but also on the possibilities of the child. Students will not only focus on content, but also on analyzing learning strategies and ways, as well as on the relationships established between participants in the learning act. Distance learning has demonstrated that it is necessary to reshape human interaction and remote authority. For example, teachers understood that in order to be better listened to and followed by pupils they had to use known strategies by pupils, to focus on self-motivation, to formulate predominantly creative tasks, Leading pupils to constructive micro-learning, etc. distance learning has shown that special activities also need to be organized with parents (a valuable resource among educational actors, who can attract and inspire their children in various activities), both in terms of teaching them, as well as in the use of digital tools. The first step should be to increase the insistence of teachers with parents who need to be informed in time about online teaching and distance learning objectives during the crisis.
