| Rezumat | ||||||
Sociological interpretation of NGOs ATO in Gagauzia, as an independent subject of
social policy, is given in the article. Essential features of NGOs are allocated, including
its social status, directions and kinds of activity in social sphere. The basic problems
of NGOs formation in Gagauzia, as a subject of social policy in a changing Moldavian
society, are revealed on the basis of statistical data and results of empirical social
research.
