Rezumat

HIA - limited health opportunities. Persons with HIA are people with shortcomings in physical and mental development. Thus, children with disabilities can be considered as children with a disability of psychophysical development, who need special (correctional) education and upbringing. Limited health opportunities - not an obstacle, if there is a dream.
