Moldova, encouraged by the European Parliament, sees the “next train to EU” going from the railway station “Stabilization and Association Process” as a best opportunity. From other side EU, trying to make first its eastern borders secure, is proposing Moldova the frame of a new Neighbourhood policy, which, along side with all its positive aspects, is not opening for Moldova the perspective of accession to EU. But today EU grants to our country financial resurses for growing all economical branches, especially to the agriculture branch and for remove the regional incongruousness. Many of these financial programmes aren′t used at there maximum capacities. If we want to integrate in the EU structures we have to take example from there regional policy, that tries to remove all the differences in economical grade of development between the countries or the regions of the country.
