Rezumat | ||||||
Experimental results on the use of microwave radiation in the synthesis of powdered zinc oxide (ZnO) and the study of photoluminescent properties of synthesized powders are presented. The characteristics of light emission properties of powders with similar characteristics of ZnO obtained by chemical and hydrothermal deposition are compared. The technological advantages of the proposed method and the stabilizing effect of annealing on the parameters of powdery materials, in particular, their photoluminescent properties, are shown. |
