Rezumat

In the current context of the knowledge-based economy, the use of ICT tools offers opportunities to adopt the educational process to the needs and interests of each student, and gives it the crucial digital competences for employment, labor market competitiveness and career growth. The positive impact of study programs with ICT implementation in the training process, usually to increase academic progress or to facilitate the work of teachers, has an indirect effect on the quality of life and the national economic level. That is, programs that use educational software and platforms, ICT services and tools in the teaching-learning-assessment process develop students' skills in using new digital technologies. These competencies prove to be essential for the subsequent professional career of these students, leading to long-term economic growth.
