During applying the documents in higher educational institutions, the existing selection of candidates can not satisfy completely all requirements of a professional training. Special abilities of candidates, are not taken into consideration. Only the psychophysiological testing, specialized in the methodology, allows selecting the worthy candidates for a concrete higher educational institution. The selection on abilities can be made only on the basis of psychological selection. The results of psychological testing can serve for the selection committee only as a recommendation for an application or refusal in a higher Institution and it does not have a final character or decision. |
