The article examines the nature and specifics of the modern school organization. Particular attention is paid to the factors which control the development process of a modern school organization, which adversely affect the innovation process and the necessary implementation of a number of such operations that facilitate the implementation of innovations. It is indicated that the basis of expediency of management innovation must take educational potential of the individual, the study of cognitive abilities, self-improvement, self-knowledge. |
