Rezumat

In the article, the author defined the content and structure of „organization loyalty” phenomenon, highlighted and described its main components such as emotional connection, pragmatic loyalty and commitment out of a sense of duty. Particular attention has been paid to the analysis of the psychological peculiarities of the work of the educational institution staff in current socio-economic conditions and to the clarification of the loyalty functions of the certain educational staff to the educational institute. In addition, the author defined the main factors, which influence the formation of such a loyalty of the educational institute staff.
