The article is devoted to the problem of analysis of the main professionally important qualities of a psychologist of special educational institutions. In the article, professional qualities are considered as a set of personality qualities that allow it to successfully perform a certain type of activity and become a competitive specialist in a particular field. The author of the article comes to the conclusion that one of the main professional qualities of a psychologist of special educational institutions are: high level of intelligence, reflection, empathy, sensitivity, emotional stability, adequate self-esteem and level of claims, communicability, responsibility, self-control and self-regulation, aspiration for self-development and self-realization. |
