Operative investigational activity is a state legal measure of state interest’s protection, of its territorial integrity, of rights and freedoms and legal interests of the natural persons and legal entities, of all forms of propriety against criminal attempts. Operative investigational activity are made in publicly and secretly by the operative subdivisions of states bodies, authorized for this in the limits of their competence. Classical investigational activities are those investigational activities which for their efficiency have a discrete character and consist in the verification of their having information or for it’s complexation. Operative supervising is defined as secret observation, periodical and permanent, among persons, cars, places and object with operative interest, in order to collect information regarding the identity and activity of some suspect persons. |
