Rezumat | ||||||
This article highlights the need of providing the human rights education in primary school. The arguments put forward emphasize that the child is the holder of rights and responsibilities, adults and the state have rights and obligations. The principles of human rights education are described; it is proposed the classification of the child’s rights according to the following categories: survival, development, protection and participation, the need to involve children in the monitoring of their rights. |
