Rezumat

In order to increase milk production of sheep and goats, to increase daily weight gain of yearlings and to improve the health of the animals they received a supplement of vegetal lecithin. The supplement represent plant residue (mucilage) from the production of soybean oil and sunflower, and was administered in the morning in drinking water (100/200 ml mucilage), after a preliminary dilution with hot water in a ratio of 1/1. The milk production of experimental groups of sheep and goats increased by 5-12%. It was determined the chemical composition of the milk of sheep and goats and found that the experimental groups who received the addition of lecithin plant in feed rations has higher values in dry matter, fat and protein, however changes were not constant during determinations. It was determined the average of daily weight gain in young sheep and goat which was administered ration vegetable lecithin compared with control groups and it was obtained higher values of the experimental groups.
