In recent times, the case research has required a great deal of knowledge regarding the effects of extreme heat on skeletal debris. World research in the development of scientific and practical knowledge has become possible by pursuing an increased interpretation of some problems that follow the extent of the recovery of burned bones, their reconstruction, the identification of traumas, the identification of the individualities of the burned body, the analysis of the size reduction due to the thermal effects on the organic tissues and on their microscopic structure, the thermal effect on colour variation, determining how the remains of the corpse were burned (whether the remains were burned with or without soft tissue), DNA recovery from the burnt residues and analysis of residual weight. |
