ELISA is a reliable and modern serological method for testing of viruses in plants. Purified NRSV preparation was obtained followed by preparation of high quality antiserum out of it. Five different schemes of immunization were tested and the most optimal one was determined. It allowed us to receive the maximum titer of antiserum 1:512 suitable for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. |
