Ollier-Maffucci syndrome is a hereditary disease which causes numerous encondromas of the bones and haemangeomas of the soft tissues of the body. Patients with this syndrome need dispensary supervision and regular examination. If the size of the encondromas increase or the internal organs and large vessels and nerves are compressed the patients will require surgical treatment.

Синдром Ollier-Maffucci – это наследственное заболевание, которое проявляется множественными энхондромами костей, сочитающимися с гемангиомами мягких тканей. Больные с данной патологией нуждаются в наблюдении в динамике. При увеличении объема энхондром с нарушением функции конечностей, при сдавлении внутренних органов и сосудисто-нервных пучков показано хирургическое лечение.
