The article is devoted to the problem of formation of professionally important qualities of cadets of educational organizations of the Federal penitentiary service of Russia as a condition for ensuring their victimological safety. Attention is drawn to the increase in crime against the staff of the criminal Executive system. In this regard, it is relevant to study the professionally important qualities of the employees of the UIS, contributing to the neutralization of conditions and situations that predispose to the manifestation of their inherent victim properties, thereby ensuring their victimological safety. |
