Rezumat | ||||||
The article discusses the implementation of gender equality policies in higher education. The author reveals the main provisions of regulatory obligations for the implementation of gender policy, which Ukraine has undertaken recently. Further, the author describes the features of conducting a gender audit in the higher education system, its advantages and disadvantages. The author points out that the social nature of gender-based waditu allows us to solve a wider range of tasks than was previously accepted. First of all, gender audit makes it possible to activate gender education, gender education and much more that allows us to consider gender audit as an element of the mechanism for introducing a gender equality policy in the university. |
