The article reveals the basics of the formation of the mechanism of staff motivation in the organization. The principles on which the mechanism of motivation of the staff member should be based taking into account the external and internal conditions for the organization are considered. The misstatements of the motivational environment are identified, and the principles that determine the success of the implementation of the staff motivation mechanism are presented. |
