In chronic experiments on white laboratory mice toxicity and biological activity of the furostanolic steroid glycosides on an example kapsicoside from Capsicum Annuum L. seeds were studied. At chronic experiments the kapsicoside influence on an organism of mouse-like rodents in a dose of 50 mg/kg the anabolic effect and changes of hematological parameters of the peripheral blood, connected with a sex of animals,were found. It is assumed that biological effect of the furostanolic steroid glycosides on mammals organism is caused by their participation in stimulation of synthesis of steroid hormones |
