To the analysis have been subjected 69 girls in the age of 11 - 17 with various tumorous formations of ovaries. The high diagnostic role of ultrasonic research in diagnostics and definitions of tactics of treatment is noted. Follicular cysts of the small sizes
are a subject to observation and conservative treatment. Cystic formations of small sizes and the complicated cysts are a subject to operative treatment. Surgical tactics consists in excision of a cyst within the limits of healthy tissues. Excision of an ovary it is shown
in case of a necrosis and presence of suspicion on a malignant tumour.
