Rezumat

A series of derivatives of decahydro-closo-decaborate anion [B10H10]2-, containing both electron-donating and electron-withdrawal substituents at different positions of the boron cage were synthesized and proton-deuterium exchange in these systems in the methanol-d4 media was studied.figureThe effect of type and position of substituents on site and rate of proton-deuterium exchange in the closo-decaborate anion derivatives was determined.
